REGISTRATION
Click the button below to register at the early bird rate of $310.00. If you prefer,
you may save $15 by using an alternate payment method in the amount of $295.
Should you choose to pay by check or other method, further instructions will be
provided at the end of the registration process.
Your registration cost includes admission to all daily seminars and evening shows.
The Charlotte-Concord area has many options for lodging.
We have two hotel options so far, with group rates:
1) Sleep Inn & Suites at Concord Mills - located approximately 1 mile from the event, at: 7821 Gateway Lane NW, Concord, NC 28027.
The group rate is $95 per night from 10/14 thru 10/17.
We're still finalizing the booking details, so please wait until this is updated before contacting this hotel or attempting to book your room I will update this section with a booking link and further details once we have them. To receive the group rate of $95, you may book your reservation online once we have a booking link: (link to be posted here once available)
Once we have this in place, you may call the front desk at 704-979-8800 and
mention the Carolina Harp Fest.
If you encounter any issues when trying to book your room, please let me know. The hotel manager is Mr. Patel, in case this is needed or helps.
This is the most budget-friendly option.
2) Concord Suites (formerly Comfort Suites) - located approximately 1 mile from the event, at: 7800 Gateway Lane NW, Concord, NC 28027. The group rate is $129 per night for a 1 King Studio Suite, and $134 per night for a 2 Queen One Bedroom Suite, from 10/14 thru 10/17. This rate is for suites with 1 or 2 beds as well as a living room area. All rooms MUST be booked before Friday, Sep 11, 2026. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.
This hotel offers a full, hot breakfast each morning (a great value), as well as an indoor swimming pool. To receive the group rates you may

Flying into CLT? The Charlotte airport is about 22 minutes from the event location.

FOOD
There are a ton of restaurants within 1 mile of the event location and many of them also deliver. With our location being on the same interstate exit as the Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Concord Mills Mall, you don't have to go very far for food. The restaurant options are too many to list here!
